All our Laser eye protection goggles in our current catalogue are CE-certified (EN207 or EN208).
- US : ANSI Z136,
- Canada : CSA Z386
- Europe : EN207/EN208
Find your best fit among our:
- 76 types of various protective filters (up to 3 wavelengths)
- and 16 types of frames
When defining the type of laser eye protection goggles, it is first of all necessary to identify for which type of laser these glasses must be used in order to select the appropriate filter and type of desired frame.
All our CE-certified (EN207 or EN208) laser eye protection goggles in our current catalogue include 76 types of various protective filters (up to 3 wavelengths) and 16 types of frames.
Choosing the appropriate filter can be complicated, particularly if you are unsure of which protection factor applies. For advice before ordering, skip forward to our article about the different types of filters and specifications available for laser eye protection goggles to find the right filter from the following 6 categories :
- UV-Visible absorbing filter
- IR-755/810/980/1064/532 combined
- Filter for low OD for IR/multiple line diodes visible and LLLT procedure
- Broadband IR 750-1850nm
- Holium Erbium 2100-2940 combined
- Broadband UV-V-IR CO2/IPL
When defining the type of laser eye protection goggles, it is first of all necessary to identify for which type of laser these glasses must be used in order to select the appropriate filter and type of desired frame.
When ordering from our catalogue, please indicate the reference # of both the filter type and frame needed, e.g. EC2#39 for an EC2 filter combined with a #39 frame.

Filter selection
You will find below a brief summary of the different filters available (transport costs included) to help you chose the most relevant laser eye protection goggles.
- OD (Optical Density or absorbance) is a measure of the radiation allowed to pass through a filter at the laser wavelength, e.g. goggles with an OD 7 reduce the laser beam by a factor of 0.00001% (i.e. an attenuation factor of 107 (10,000,000) during a 10-second direct hit).
- VLT (Visible Light Transmittance) is the amount (percentage) of light a goggle lens allows to pass through. The higher the rate the better vision and comfort.
